Below is a step by step guide to on how to take an order using one of our payment terminals and printing a receipt for the customer.

Lovingly Card Swipe Terminal Setup and Usage Guide
Step 1: Attach the Adapter
Locate the adapter that came with your device.
Slide the back cover off your terminal.
Attach the adapter to the corresponding slot.
Step 2: Power On the Terminal
Plug the adapter cord into a power outlet.
Wait a few minutes for the device to start up.
Confirm the terminal screen displays "Network Disconnected."
Step 3: Connect to Wi-Fi
Click Connect on the screen.
On the next screen, tap Wi-Fi.
Toggle the Wi-Fi switch to On.
Tap the + icon to see the list of available networks.
Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
Tap the checkmark to submit.
Confirm your network is listed in the Wi-Fi section.
Return to the home screen by pressing the back arrow or the red button.
Step 4: Install Necessary Software
The terminal will automatically install necessary software in the background.
Wait approximately 5 minutes (time may vary based on Wi-Fi strength).
Confirm the Lovingly logo appears on the terminal screen once installation is complete.
Step 5: Load Paper
Locate the paper roll slot on the device.
Insert the provided paper roll.
Ensure the paper is loaded correctly to enable printing.
Step 6: Process a Payment
Place an order through your POS system and select the credit payment option.
Ensure your terminal is connected to your POS workstation.
Follow the prompt to Swipe, Insert, or Tap the card.
Confirm the transaction details (e.g., amount) on the terminal screen.
Step 7: Print Receipts
After payment approval, choose Yes to print a cardholder receipt or No to skip.
The merchant copy will print automatically.
Verify the receipt includes the shop name, order total, and transaction details.
Step 8: Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues, contact our support team for assistance.
