When to Use Contact Archiving
Use this feature to remove inactive contacts from your day-to-day searches, such as:
One-time customers from years ago
Former vendors or business contacts
Outdated addresses or phone numbers
Tip: Only archive contacts you’re sure won’t be active again. If a contact is accidentally deleted, you can restore them by contacting Support.
How to Archive a Contact:
Step 1 – Open Marketing
From your Lovingly dashboard, click the Marketing icon in the left-hand menu.
Step 2 – Go to Contacts
Select Contacts from the Marketing menu.
Step 3 – Choose the Contact
Find and click the name of the contact you want to archive.
Step 4 – Archive
In the contact’s detail page, click the Archive button in the top toolbar (next to Edit and Print).
Step 5 – Confirm
