Best Practices for Smooth Transactions
To reduce payment issues and ensure successful checkouts, follow these recommendations:
Use accurate customer information
Enter the customer’s correct email address.
Avoid using the same email for multiple orders, as this may trigger credit card declines.
Email is optional, but providing a valid address allows customers to receive automatic order confirmations.
Match the name on the order to the credit card
If the cardholder name and customer name do not match, the transaction may be declined.
Double-check payment details
Ensure all credit card fields are accurate, including:
CVV
Billing ZIP code
Card number

What does the Lovingly POS cost?
Lovingly POS is free for Lovingly Premier Florists.
There is no monthly fee, no commission, and no contract.
The only cost is the standard processing fee: 2.9% + 30¢ per credit card order.
Cash orders are completely free to enter and process.
Am I charged a Lovingly fee on POS orders?
No. POS orders do not incur Lovingly service fees.
Only the payment processing fee applies.
Do I need to install anything?
No installation is required.
If you are already set up to print order notifications, Lovingly POS is available immediately.
Simply go to the New Order form to begin.
How do I print receipts for POS orders?
After submitting payment for a POS order, a pop-up will appear with printing options.
You may print:
Customer receipts
Order notifications
SuperTickets
You can also reprint these at any time from your Order List.
Can I swipe credit cards with a card reader?
We have Terminals that can be rented. Reach out to our Support Team for more details.
Does Lovingly POS sync with accounting software like QuickBooks?
Not currently.
However, you can download reports from your Lovingly Account and import them into your accounting software manually.
