If you are not receiving order email notifications, use the steps below to check your settings and identify the most common causes. You can update some settings yourself, and our Support Team is always available to help.

1. Make Sure Email Notifications Are Turned On

Order email notifications can be turned on or off in your Lovingly Account.

  1. Go to Settings & Preferences

  2. Select Notifications.

  3. Make sure Order Email Notifications are enabled.

If the toggle is already on and you are still not receiving emails, continue to the next steps.

2. Confirm Your Order Notification Email Address

Order emails are sent to the address listed in your Business Information.

  1. Under the same Notifications section.

  2. Look for your Email Notifications Address field.

  3. Confirm that the email address is correct and spelled properly.

If this needs to be updated, contact support so that can be corrected.

3. Check Your Spam, Promotions, or Junk Folders

Automated system emails may be filtered by some providers (including Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook).

To prevent this:

4. Confirm That Orders Are Still Appearing in Your Lovingly Account

Even if emails are not coming through, you will still see new orders in:

  • Order List

  • Daily Workflow

  • SMS notifications (if enabled)

If orders appear in your account but no email arrives, the issue is limited to email delivery, not order processing.

5. When to Contact Support

If you have checked your settings and still aren’t receiving order emails, please ask to speak to someone on the Support Team.

We can:

  • Verify your notification settings

  • Review email delivery logs

  • Confirm whether emails were sent successfully

  • Resend missed notifications

  • Help adjust your notification email address if needed
