Valentine’s Extension transforms Valentine’s Day capacity limits into a premium, relationship-protective experience.
When you reach delivery capacity for Feb 12–Feb 14, customers can still place an order by commissioning a custom arrangement that will be delivered after Valentine’s Day (Feb 15+).
What the customer experiences
They select a delivery date after Feb 14
They enter the recipient’s email address
The recipient receives a personalized email on Valentine’s Day
The custom arrangement is delivered on the chosen date

Lovingly Grow → “Valentine’s Extension” section in Temporary Hours
Order List → hearts icon indicator

How to enable Valentine’s Extension
Step 1: Go to Temporary Hours in Lovingly Grow
Navigate to:
Lovingly Grow → Settings → Hours & Closures → Temporary Hours
Step 2: Click “Enable Valentine’s Extension”
Starting February 12, the Enable button becomes active.
Step 3: Configure your Extension settings
After clicking Configure, you can:
1) Select capacity dates
Choose which Valentine’s delivery dates you’ve reached capacity for:
Feb 12–14
Feb 13–14
Feb 14 only
2) Set pricing tiers
Configure your pricing for:
Standard
Deluxe
Premium
3) Enable/disable anytime
You can turn Valentine’s Extension on or off at any time during the active window.
What customers will see on your storefront
Once enabled, your storefront automatically displays:
A Valentine’s Extension hero message
A Hello Bar message showing earliest available delivery date
How Valentine’s Extension orders appear in your Order List
Extension orders are easy to identify in your Order List:

Does Valentine’s Extension change my Valentine’s delivery availability?
No. It creates an alternative purchase path when Valentine’s Day delivery is closed due to capacity.
Can I choose which dates it applies to?
Yes. You can select Feb 12–14, Feb 13–14, or Feb 14 only based on when you’re at capacity.
Will these orders add work on Feb 14?
No. Extension orders are delivered after Valentine’s Day (Feb 15+).
