Who is my account manager, and how do I contact them?

Your account manager's name and direct phone number are in your Lovingly account. Here's where to find them.

Written by Christopher Pels

"Who's my account manager?" is one of the most common questions we get — so we put the answer somewhere you'll always have it. Your account manager's name and direct phone number now live inside your Lovingly account.

Where to find your account manager

  1. Click the person icon in the bottom-left corner of your Lovingly account.

  2. Select Settings & Preferences.

  3. Look under Account Information.

You'll see your account manager's name and their direct phone number. It's there any time you need it — no need to ask, and no need to remember.

When to call your account manager directly

Their direct line is best for conversations that are specific to your shop and your relationship with us:

  • Planning ahead — holidays, promotions, a change to how your shop operates

  • Questions about your website strategy or local search performance

  • Anything you'd rather talk through than type out

When to use chat instead

For most day-to-day questions, chat inside your Lovingly account is the fastest way to an answer. It's the quickest path to a resolution, and it reaches the whole team rather than one person.

Use chat for order questions, website issues, settings you can't find, printer trouble, or anything you need resolved now.

If your account manager isn't available

You're never waiting on one person. If your account manager is with another partner or out of the office, you have three other ways in:

  • Chat from inside your Lovingly account — reaches the full team

  • Email help@lovingly.com — best for anything with screenshots or attachments

  • Call (800) 533-1787 during support hours

For support hours, response times, and what to expect when you reach out, see How to Reach Your Lovingly Account Management Team.

You should always know who's helping you. Now you do — every time you open your account.
