Requesting Your Customer List
If you need a copy of your customer list for marketing or record-keeping, our team can prepare it for you. Customer lists are not available for download inside your Lovingly Account, so you’ll need to request the file through Support.
How to Request Your Customer List
Open a chat with our Support team or email your Online Business Coach.
Let us know that you’d like a copy of your customer list.
Tell us whether you want:
All-time data (most common)
A specific date range.
We’ll generate the file and email it directly to you once it’s ready.
What You Will Receive
Your customer list will be delivered as a CSV file.
You can open this file in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar programs to sort, filter, and edit your data.
The list includes all customers who have placed an order during the date range you requested.
Important Notes for Email Marketing
Not every customer has agreed to receive marketing emails.
Look for the “Opted In Date” row within the CSV.
Only customers with a date in this column have provided permission to receive marketing communications.
