Enable or Disable a Product
To update a product’s availability, start by navigating to your Products list. You can scroll through your product list or search by product name or SKU.
Click the product you want to manage.
In the Lovingly Assistant panel, scroll to the Options section.
Use the toggle to enable or disable the product.
Pink toggle: Product is active and available for sale.
Gray toggle: Product is disabled and hidden from your Lovingly Store.
See All Enabled or Disabled Products
You can quickly filter your full product catalog to see which products are active or inactive.
Open your Products section.
Click the Filter view icon.
Select Enabled to view active products or Disabled to view inactive products.
Click Filter to apply your selection.
This lets you view product status at a glance.
Filter Products by Other Criteria
If you want to further narrow down your list—such as by product type, tags, added date, or other categories—use the full Filter view.
Click the filter icon at the top right.
Choose your filter options (product type, featured, funeral only, enabled status, etc.).
Click Filter to view results.
