You can print several types of documents in your Lovingly Account. Each option serves a different purpose for your workflow, design team, or customers. This guide explains what each print type includes and how to access them.
1. Print Options for Orders
To print any order:
Go to your Orders list.
Select the order you want to print.
Click the Options menu (three stacked dots).
Hover over or click Print to view all printing options.
2. SuperTickets
SuperTickets are designed for Lovingly’s proprietary 8.5" x 11" SuperTicket paper. They include:
Recipient information
Delivery address with map snippet
Card message
Full product recipe
Designer notes
All order details
SuperTickets provide your design team with everything needed to create and fulfill the order accurately.
3. Receipts
Receipts are useful for customers and include:
Recipient and customer details
Product pricing
Taxes and fees
Basic order summary
These are ideal for walk-ins or pickup orders.
4. Order Details
Order Details prints a streamlined summary that includes:
Customer info
Recipient info
Delivery details
Card message
Product overview
Delivery map snippet
This is a compact reference for deliveries or quick order checks.
5. Print Product Recipes
Product recipes can be printed directly from the Products page for easy design reference.
How to Print a Recipe
Go to Products.
Select the product you want to print.
In the product details panel, choose the version you need (Standard, Deluxe, or Premium).
Click the Options menu (three dots).
Select Print Recipe.
This will print the recipe for the selected version of the product.
