Reset Your Security PIN

Create a new PIN or reset a forgotten one.

You can update or reset your Security PIN at any time from the Security section of your Lovingly Account. Your PIN helps keep sensitive account information protected.

If You Forgot Your PIN

If you cannot remember your current PIN:

  1. On your Login Screen.

  2. Click “Forgot your PIN?”

  3. An authorization code will be sent to the mobile number you saved in your security settings.

  4. Enter the authorization code, click Continue, and then create a new PIN.

If You Know Your Current PIN

If you simply want to change your PIN:

  1. Go to Settings → Security.

  2. Enter your current PIN when prompted.

  3. Enter your new PIN in both fields.

  4. Click Save Changes to update.

Important Notes

  • Even if PIN Protection is turned off, you will always be required to enter your PIN to make changes in the Security section.

  • Make sure the mobile number in your account is accurate so you can receive verification codes when needed.
