Your Orders section is where you can view, edit, sort, filter, and manage every Lovingly Store and Lovingly POS order. This guide walks you through all the essential tools for keeping your daily workflow organized and up to date.
Orders List
Your Orders List shows all your incoming and existing orders. You can sort, filter, and click into any order for more details.
By default, orders are sorted by delivery date. You can sort by any column (Order #, Recipient, Customer, Price, Delivery Date) by clicking the column heading.
Click once for ascending order, and click again for descending.
Understanding Order Status Colors
The color next to each order number shows its status at a glance:
Green: To Do
Purple: In Design
Pink: In Transit / Ready for Pickup
Gray: Delivered
Editing an Order
You can edit most details of any order, whether it was placed manually or through your Lovingly Store.
Open your Orders List and select the order.
In the right-hand panel, click the Options menu (three dots).
Select Edit.
In Edit mode, you can update delivery information, card messages, customer details, and more. Click Save when finished.
Note: You cannot edit the original order source, item ordered, price, or delivery fee.
Filtering Your Orders
Filters help you view only the orders that match what you are looking for.
Go to your Orders List.
Click the Filter icon (three horizontal lines).
Choose from filters such as:
Order Due
Order Type
Order Stage
Date Range
Order Status
Price Range
Select your options and click Filter to apply.
To remove a filter, click the “X” next to it, or click the “X” above the Delivery Date column to clear all filters.
Sorting Your Orders
Sorting lets you quickly rearrange your list based on the information you need.
You can sort by:
Order number
Recipient
Customer
Price
Delivery Date
Click the column header once to sort ascending, and again to sort descending.
Using Customer Information in New Orders
When entering a new POS order, you can quickly pull up existing customer information.
Click New Order.
In the right-hand panel, click the Customer icon to open your Contacts list.
Search for the customer and click Add Customer Info to autofill the order.
Clicking the Customer Name field will also open the Contacts panel automatically.
If you accidentally selected the wrong customer, simply remove the customer info in one click by selecting Remove Customer Info
Daily Workflow
The Daily Workflow helps you manage order progress throughout the day. It shows four columns:
To Do
In Design
In Transit / Ready for Pickup
Delivered
Click the Daily Workflow icon (three vertical bars) to open it.
The default view displays orders for today. To view tomorrow’s orders, click the three dots above “Delivered” and select Tomorrow.
Moving Orders Between Stages
To update an order’s stage, click and drag the order tile into the correct column.
This action updates the order status automatically and keeps your workflow organized.
Viewing Order Details in Workflow
Click any order in the Workflow to open its details in the right-hand panel.
Click the “X” next to the recipient’s name to return to your daily overview.
