Coupons are an effective way to attract new customers, reward loyal shoppers, and encourage repeat purchases.
In your Lovingly Account, you can create, edit, print, deactivate, and now feature coupons at the top of your website using the Promo Bar.
This guide covers everything you need to know.
Access Your Coupons
Click the Marketing icon in your Lovingly Account.
Open the Coupons section to view active, inactive, and expired coupons or to create a new one.
Create a New Coupon (Screenshot Walkthrough Provided)
Step 1: Name Your Coupon
Choose a clear and simple promotional name such as “Summer Savings” or “Mother’s Day Special.”
Step 2: Add a Description
Provide a short explanation of the offer.
Examples:
Save 10 dollars on orders over 55 dollars
Get 10 percent off orders over 45 dollars
Step 3: Create a Coupon Code
This is what customers will enter at checkout.
Keep it easy to type:
SAVE10
GIFT15
MOMDAY10
Step 4: Select Discount Type
Choose Cash Off or Percent Off, then enter the discount amount.
Step 5: Set Restrictions
Customize how and when the coupon can be used:
Order Must Be: minimum purchase requirement
Limit To: number of uses allowed
Active From: start and end date
Delivery Date Restrictions: target delivery-date-specific promotions
When you’re finished, click SAVE.
Coupons that start today appear under Active
Future-dated coupons appear under Inactive
Feature Your Coupon at the Top of Your Website (Promo Bar)
You can promote any active coupon directly on your storefront using the Promo Bar, displayed at the top of your website.
How to Enable the Promo Bar
In your Coupons section.
Select the coupon you want to promote.
Toggle Feature Coupon on Shop to the ON position (toggle will turn pink).
Your promotion will now appear at the top of your Lovingly Store.
This instantly increases visibility and improves conversion by putting your offer front and center.

Manage Existing Coupons
Edit a Coupon
Locate the coupon in your Active list.
Click the pencil icon to make changes.
You’ll see a reminder that updates can affect customers expecting the prior details.
Save your changes when finished.
Deactivate a Coupon
Find the coupon under Active.
Select Deactivate.
Deactivated coupons can no longer be used at checkout.
Print a Coupon
Locate the coupon under Active.
Click Print.
Choose your printer and number of copies.
