To access your Lovingly email account (typically, something like: wecare@yourdomain.com), click the “Profile Picture” icon located at the very bottom-left of your Lovingly Account navigation panel. 

Then, click “View My Email” to access your email account.

Depending on the options you selected when configuring your email account, you may be prompted to enter your email address and password. If you’ve forgotten either of these, please contact Lovingly for assistance.
