Your Lovingly email account (often formatted as wecare@yourdomain.com) can be accessed directly from your Lovingly Account. Follow the steps below to view your inbox quickly and securely.
How to Access Your Email
In your Lovingly Account, look at the bottom left corner of the navigation panel.
Click your profile picture icon.
Select “View My Email” from the menu that appears.
Your email dashboard will open in a new window or tab.
If You Are Prompted for a Login
Depending on how your email was configured during setup, you may be asked to enter your email address and password.
If you do not remember your login information, contact the Lovingly Partner Success Team and we will be happy to help you regain access.
