Your Lovingly POS lets you quickly and easily populate new orders with existing customer information. When you enter a New Order, you’ll see a silhouette icon in the Lovingly Assistant panel. Click the icon to see a list of your customers. Scroll or search to locate the current customer’s name, then click the name and click “Add Customer Info” to automatically populate the new order with their name and contact details.
Clicking the "Customer Name" field will also automatically open the Lovingly Assistant Contacts panel.
