To offer a discount on a new order, add the customer information and item to the order. Then, enter the discount in the “Discount” field. You can offer a percentage off or cash off. 

For a percentage discount, just type in the number percentage you’re offering (for example, type “10” for 10% off).

For a cash discount, enter the monetary amount you’re offering, including the dollar sign (for example, type “$5” for $5.00 off).
