As part of a brand refresh, Lovingly becomes Lovingly Florists. Generally, experts recommend considering a logo refresh every 5-10 years. Big brands like Apple, Pepsi, and Nike have update their logos over the years, and, like Lovingly, they've maintained their core brand identity.

"We've always been a company that serves local retail florists," explained co-founder and co-CEO, Joe Vega. "Adding 'Florists' to the name reinforces our partnerships with and committment to the shops that work so hard to create memorable moments between gifters and their recipients."

"We're thrilled to reinforce this alignment," added Ken Garland, co-founder and co-CEO. "The digital landscape changes so quickly that it's challenging for floral artists to run their business and to be experts in the ecommerce space, too. That's where Lovingly Florists comes in."

John Canter, VP of Finance, who oversees both Lovingly Florists and the retail teams said, "Ultimately, Lovingly Florists is by florists, for florists." Canter explained that the two retail storefronts that Lovingly LLC owns and operates test all new technology features and enhancements, referring to Lovingly Hudson Valley and Lovingly Charlotte, formerly Flowers by Reni and Flowers of Charlotte, respectively.

"We're still the same outstanding ecommerce solutions provider that we've always been," said VP of Florist Business Services, George Schlieben. "We remain committed to helping local florists stand out and sell more flowers and gifts online." Schlieben said this means beautiful, intuitive websites that load lightning fast, rank and index high in search, and that come with features and services that improve operational efficiency like a POS and PSG, a wedding leads generator, detailed sales reports, U.S.-based partner support, and so much more.

Lovingly Florists started as United Florist Network (UFN) in 2008, and partners today with nearly 1,500 retail florists across North America. Here's what a few of them have to say about their partnership:

"Joining Lovingly transformed my business. My revenue skyrocketed by 7x, AOV soared by 40%, and my customer satisfaction is at an all-time high!”
~ Oriana M., Lovingly Florist in Winnipeg

“Lovingly is a must for any florist seeking more online orders and increased revenue. It’s a true game-changer.”
~ Carrie M., Lovingly Florist in Custer, SD

“The Florists Choice PLUS feature is incredible during peak seasons. It simplifies online orders for our customers and significantly reduces waste for us.”
~ Cara D., Lovingly Florist in Minneapolis, MN
