How to read your new Lovingly Statement.

At Lovingly, we’re always looking for ways to improve our services and make things easier for our partners. One area we identified for improvement is our monthly statement. We’ve redesigned our monthly statement to highlight key information and make it more user-friendly based on your feedback.

Here's a friendly guide to help you navigate through the new format!

We've simplified the presentation of your billing information. The key benefits of the new format include:

  • Simplified information presentation: Only the most important numbers are highlighted.

  • Easy-to-view key numbers: Key metrics are clearly called out.

  • Detailed breakdowns: For more in-depth details like taxes and delivery fees, you can download a comprehensive CSV from your Lovingly Account.

1. Order Summary

This section provides detailed information about orders for your active Lovingly services, including the number of orders and net revenue for the current month and YTD.

  • Lovingly Shop: Orders placed through your online shop.

  • Lovingly POS: Orders processed through the Lovingly point-of-sale system.

  • Marketplace: Orders from Lovingly Marketplace.

1. Sales Overview

This section provides a summary of your sales for the current month and year-to-date (YTD).

  • Sales Tax You Owe: The total sales tax owed for the current month and YTD.

  • Average Order Value (Lovingly Shop): The average value of orders placed through your Lovingly Shop.

  • Wedding Leads: The number of wedding leads received.

  • Orders with Add-Ons: Orders that included additional items.

  • Upgraded Orders: Orders that were upgraded to Deluxe or Premium.

  • Google Address Verifications: The number of address verifications completed through Google.

  • Tax-Free Donations: The total amount of tax-free donations.

3. Lovingly Shop Summary

Breakdown of your Lovingly Shop transactions.

  • Date: The date the order was placed.

  • Gross Total: The total amount including products, add-ons, taxes, coupons, and fees.

  • Lovingly Services: Fees for using Lovingly’s e-commerce solution.

  • CC Services: Credit card processing fees.

  • Service Fee: Additional fees for first-time gifters.

  • Net Total: The amount due to your shop.

4. POS Credit Card Summary

Details of your credit card transactions processed through Lovingly POS.

  • Date: The date the order was placed.

  • Gross Total: The total amount including all applicable fees.

  • CC Services: Credit card processing fees.

  • Net Total: The amount due to your shop after credit card processing fees.

5. POS Check and Cash Summaries

Summaries of transactions processed via check and cash.

  • Gross Total: The total amount including all applicable fees.

  • Net Total: The amount due to your shop.

6. POS House Account Summary

Details of transactions processed through your house account.

  • Gross Total: The total amount for house account transactions.

  • Net Total: The amount due to your shop.

7. Marketplace Summary

Breakdown of transactions from Lovingly Marketplace.

  • Gross Total: The total amount including products, add-ons, taxes, coupons, and fees.

  • Lovingly Services: Fees for marketplace orders.

  • CC Services: Credit card processing fees.

  • Service Fee: Fees for first-time gifters.

  • Taxes Remitted by Lovingly: Taxes collected and remitted by Lovingly.

  • Net Total: The amount due to your shop.

8. Tax and Dispute Summaries

Overview of sales tax owed and dispute resolutions.

  • Dispute Summary: Details of disputes, including the order number, dispute date, type, gross fee, dispute fee, and total amount.

  • Sales Tax You Owe: Total sales tax owed for the current month.

9. Lovingly POS Terminals

Information about the credit card terminals associated with your Lovingly POS.

  • Terminal Workstation: Name and serial number of each terminal.

  • Total Connected Terminals: The total number of terminals connected to your account.
