Florist’s Choice PLUS allows you to temporarily limit your online Selection Guide to the Florist’s Choice product and up to eight additional products of your choosing. This is especially helpful during busy holidays or any time you have limited staff, time, or inventory. Additionally, Florist Choice Only limits your shop to Designer’s Choice items without additional features or fees, while Florist Choice Plus (FC+) allows you to feature up to nine arrangements, including Designer’s Choice and specific items, with enhanced options.
Cost and Fee Details
Service Fee:
$9.99 on Shop Pro and $4.99 on Shop Plus.
Charged only to first-time customers.
Returning customers using the same email are exempt from the fee.
The fee is disclosed during checkout.
No Extra Cost for FC+:
Florist Choice Plus is included in your Lovingly subscription at no additional cost.
You can also choose whether customers can browse the full website or see only your Florist’s Choice PLUS options during the active period. In Promoted mode, customers can access the full website, while in Exclusive mode, they are restricted to the Florist’s Choice PLUS selection.
What You Can Do With Florist’s Choice PLUS
Limit your online Selection Guide to Florist’s Choice + up to 8 products
Schedule the feature to run for:
Up to 6 days around major holidays
Up to 7 days for non-holiday emergencies
Keep your store open even when inventory or staffing is limited
Set the feature to “Promoted” (customers may browse the full site) or “Exclusive” (customers can only purchase from your limited selection)
How to Set Up Florist’s Choice PLUS
Go to your Lovingly Account.
Click the Shop Customizations icon.
Select Florist’s Choice PLUS.
Click the pink pencil next to the theme you want to configure.
Choose Your Schedule, Behavior, and Status
At the top of the page:
Select the day or date range Florist’s Choice PLUS should be active.
Choose the behavior:
Promoted: Customers can still access the full website.
Exclusive: Customers see only your Florist’s Choice PLUS selection.
Set the Status to Enabled if you want the feature to activate automatically on the selected dates.
Add Products to Florist’s Choice PLUS
You must include at least 3 products total (Florist’s Choice + two more) and can add up to 9 arrangements.
Florist’s Choice will always occupy Position 1
This product cannot be removed or rearranged
Use search or filters to find and add products
Click the products you want to feature
Click Add Selected at the bottom of the screen
Your chosen products will appear in the panel on the right.
Arrange Your Products
Drag and drop products in the right-hand panel to adjust the order.
This works the same way as Homepage Product Management.

You can assign the following tags, once each, to help guide shoppers:

Choose these strategically to improve customer engagement and conversion.
Mark Products as Sold Out
Florist’s Choice PLUS includes the option to mark products as Sold Out:
Click Disable & Mark Sold Out
The product becomes disabled in your Lovingly Account
It will still appear on your Florist’s Choice PLUS page with a Sold Out banner
This helps create urgency by showing customers that items are selling quickly.
Save Your Schedule
Once you have added at least two products in addition to the required Florist’s Choice product, the Save button will activate.
Click Save to finalize your schedule.
Important Notes
You may configure Florist’s Choice PLUS in advance.
It will activate only on the scheduled dates you selected.
Regular orders placed ahead of the schedule will not be blocked.
During the active period, your Selection Guide will show only the products you included. - Florist’s Choice PLUS activates only on the scheduled start date, and the full site remains available for orders before activation.
