How do I get started? 

Lovingly Marketplace will be launching in your region soon! Stay tuned for when it will be available. In the meantime, here is everything you need to know to get ready.

  • Head to your Marketplace Dashboard. If you haven’t already, review and accept the Terms of Service for using Marketplace services. 
  • Upload a photo! This is your chance to make your profile really stand out by adding a great image of yourself or one of your designers. Get more photo tips here.
  • That’s all! All of your store settings, including delivery cut-off times, pick up options, and delivery fees will be automatically mirrored from your Lovingly Store account. 
  • Setting up your Marketplace profile now ensures that you’ll be ready to get profitable new orders from Day 1!

What is Lovingly Marketplace?

It’s a florist-direct online marketplace that recreates the in-store shopping experience, so you get the insight to make something special, the freedom to be creative, and ultimately, orders that are more profitable.

What’s the cost to join?
There is no cost to join! Just like Lovingly Store, it’s based on performance. With Marketplace, we offer a 90/10 revenue share, so you’ll make more money—at just 10% all in, it’s the easiest and most cost-effective investment in growing your business.

Am I responsible for any new fees?
No. Just like Store, it’s performance-based pricing—we don’t make a penny until you do.

Do I still get access to my customers?
Yes! You’ll get both the customer and recipient’s information. We’ll share 100% of the data—not like Order Gatherers and Wire Services where you only get recipient information, and even then, they might withhold key details like email addresses. We are co-branding customers in order to help you market to them.

What’s the Lovingly Artist Design?
It’s the Florist Choice product, with all the creative artistic freedom you love, amplified by the personalized information you’ll get. You get more details than ever before about the recipient and their relationship to the sender, so you have the insight to create a truly unique design. No stem counts or codified containers here. Additionally, customers can specify:

  • Color palette 
  • Design presentation (in a vase or hand-wrapped)
  • Price point (from three options)
  • Delivery or pick up

What are the different ordering options in Marketplace?
As of now, there is only one product offered on the platform, the Lovingly Artist Design.

How do I process orders?
Orders from Marketplace show up in the orders list view in your Lovingly Account. 

From an administration side, these orders look just like the ones from your Lovingly Store. You will continue to process these orders in the same way (i.e. change order status, print SuperTickets, etc.). The orders will show up in your statements and sales reports as well. 

From an artistic side, you’ll have all the creative freedom and receive a lot more information on how you can create a truly personalized arrangement, just as if that customer was in your shop!
