Your shop’s delivery setup determines where you can deliver orders, the delivery fees customers will see, and any service fees for orders outside your standard area. Currently, delivery zones can only be changed by the Lovingly Support Team — but you can view your setup anytime in your Lovingly Dashboard.
How to View Your Delivery Zones
Log in to your Lovingly Account.
Click your Profile Icon in the bottom left corner.
Go to Settings & Preferences.
Select Delivery Options.
Here, you’ll see a visual breakdown of your delivery zones either by distance or Postal Codes
Delivery Zone Setup Options
Your shop’s delivery zones can be configured in two different ways:
1. Mileage-Based Zones
Choose a maximum delivery distance (in miles/km).
This distance can be divided into a max of 5 zones, each with its own delivery fee.
A Service Fee must be added for any deliveries outside your max distance.
Example:
Zone 1 (0–10 miles): $0
Zone 2 (11–20 miles): $10
Zone 3 (21–30 miles): $20
Service Fee: $50 for anything over 30 miles
2. Zip/Postal Code-Based Zones
Provide a list of all the zip/postal codes your shop delivers to.
Assign each zip/postal code to a delivery zone.
Provide the delivery fee for each zone.
A Service Fee must be added for any deliveries outside your listed postal codes.
Example:
Zone 1 (Zip Codes: 12524, 12533): $0
Zone 2 (Zip Codes: 12550, 12590): $10
Service Fee: $50 for any unlisted zip/postal code
