It's easy to reset your Lovingly Account password and regain access to your account. 

If you need to reset your password, go to the Login page and click the "Forgot Your Password?" link. 

On the next screen, enter your Lovingly username. (This is usually your account number. Don't know your username? Give us a call at (800) 533-1787 and we can help.) 

After you've entered your username, click "Send Link" and you'll be emailed a link to reset your password. Check your email, and you will find a message from Lovingly. 

Click the "Reset Password" link in the email to change your password. 

You'll be prompted to enter a new password, and then retype the same new password again to confirm it. Click "Submit" to change your password. 

You'll then be prompted to login in with the new password you just created, and you're all set! Be sure to write down your password or save it in your browser!
