Marking orders delivered has big benefits for your business.

Full Refunds. By delaying payment until orders are marked delivered, you have an increased window of time to issue a refund for the total order cost (including credit card fees!).

Happier Customers. Gifters LOVE order updates. When you mark an order delivered, Lovingly automatically sends them a confirmation email. (Bonus: it reduces those "Did you deliver it yet?" calls...)

More Reviews. Reviews build your reputation and your business. When you mark an order delivered, Lovingly automatically sends the gifter an invitation to write you a review.

Get Paid. Marking orders delivered also triggers your order payouts. Cha-CHING! For prompt payment, mark orders delivered by 10:45pm ET each day. The transfer will occur two business days after you mark the order delivered.

There are a three easy ways to mark orders delivered–choose the one that works best for you.


1. One Order at a Time via Lovingly Account

Click the Orders icon—it looks like three horizontal bars. Next, select the order you’d like to change. Then, click Options and hover your mouse over Change Stage. From here, click Delivered.


Or click the Daily Workflow icon—it looks like three vertical bars. Change the status of an order by clicking and dragging it to the Delivered column.

2. In bulk via Lovingly Account

To mark multiple orders delivered, navigate to your Orders list and then click Mark Orders Delivered. A pop-up window will appear where you can mark multiple orders delivered at once.

Bonus! This same window will automatically pop up and remind you to mark orders delivered one hour before your shop closes each day.

3. One Order at a Time via Printouts

Scan the QR code on your Order Notification or SuperTicket and complete the prompts to mark the order delivered.
