Marking orders delivered is an important step that keeps your business running smoothly. It ensures timely payouts, reduces customer questions, and helps you collect more verified reviews.

Here are 3 Easy Ways to Mark Orders Delivered

1. Mark an Order Delivered Individually

Option A: From the Orders List

  1. Open your Orders view.

  2. Select the order.

  3. Choose Options → Change Stage → Delivered.

Option B: From Daily Workflow

  1. Open Daily Workflow.

  2. Drag the order into the Delivered column.


2. Mark Multiple Orders Delivered at Once

  1. Go to your Orders view.

  2. Click Mark Orders Delivered.

  3. Select all applicable orders and confirm.

A reminder will also appear one hour before your shop’s closing time to help you finalize all deliveries for the day.


3. Mark Delivered Using Printed Tickets

  1. Scan the QR code printed on the Order Notification or SuperTicket.

  2. Follow the prompts to mark the order delivered.
