Flowers By Miss Bertha has been a family-owned and operated treasure in Minneapolis, Minnesota since 1990 and a Lovingly partner for nearly five years.

Current shop owner, Cara Nguon Dalton, took over Flowers By Miss Bertha from her parents, Kim and Pach Nguon. Kim started her journey in the flower industry as an apprentice under the shop's namesake, Miss Bertha herself. After fleeing the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia, Kim had no idea what the flower business had in store for her. But with Miss Bertha’s guidance and a blooming love for the craft, Kim took the flower shop to new heights.

Fast forward to today, Cara and Kim are a mother-daughter design duo, and Cara's daughters, Maya and Leni, show signs of being budding florists. Must run in the family!
