Change Your Same-Day Delivery Cut-Off Time

Set a cut-off time for customers to place same-day delivery orders.

You can update your same-day delivery cut-off time at any moment from your Delivery Options. This setting controls the latest time a customer can place an order for same-day delivery on your Lovingly Shop.

Step 1. Open Your Delivery Options

  1. In your Lovingly Account, select Settings & Preferences

  2. Click on Hours & Closures

  3. Go to your Standard Hours to view your current same-day cut-off time.

Step 2. Update Your Cut-Off Time

  1. Click the cut-off time you want to change.

  2. Scroll through the list of available times.

  3. Select your new cut-off time.

Your changes will save automatically and apply to all days using that cut-off schedule.

Recommended Timing

Most florists set their same-day cut-off time to 2:00 PM or later. This helps you capture more last-minute orders while still managing delivery workflow.
