You can update customer information at any time from your Contacts list. Use the steps below to edit phone numbers, addresses, tax details, and more. If you no longer need a contact but want to remove them from your active list, you can archive them instead.

Step 1. Open Your Contacts
In your Lovingly Account, select Contacts.
Search for the customer using the search bar, or scroll through your list to locate their name.
Step 2. Open and Edit the Contact
Click the customer name to open their contact page.
Select the edit (pencil) icon in the upper right corner.
Update any details you need, including:
Name
Phone number
Email
Address
Organization and tax exempt information
Notes
Step 3. Save Your Changes
After updating the information, select Save.
Your changes will be applied immediately.
Additional Notes
Contacts cannot be permanently deleted. However, if you no longer want a contact to appear in your active list, you can archive them.
Archived contacts can be restored at any time with a simple request to the support team.
Updating a contact does not affect past orders associated with that customer.
