Mark an order as ready for pick up

How to set a pick up order as "Ready" and notify your client.

When an order is ready to be picked up, simply drag it from the “To Do” column to the “Ready” column in your Daily Workflow

This will automatically send an email to your customer, letting them know that their arrangement is ready for them to pick up.

Please note that the Pick Up feature is not available for certain types of Lovingly Store accounts. Please contact us at (800) 533-1787 if you have any questions about accepting orders for pick up.
