From time to time, you may have an order that could not be delivered or was not picked up. In your Lovingly Account, you can mark these orders as “Suspended” to indicate that there is a problem.
To suspend an order, locate and select it in your Orders list. In the Lovingly Assistant order details view, click the three stacked dots to see more options for that order, then click “Suspend.”
To Un-Suspend the order once it is able to be delivered or picked up, simply repeat the above steps and click “Un-Suspend.”
