If you’ve forgotten or need to reset your security PIN, navigate to your Settings section and click “Security.”
Forgot your PIN
If you don’t know your current PIN, click “Forgot your PIN?” An authorization code will be sent via text to the cell phone number that you added when you configured your security settings. Enter the authorization code and click “Continue,” then you’ll be prompted to enter a new PIN.
Reset your PIN
If you know your PIN but would like to change it, go to “Security” and enter your current PIN when prompted. Enter your new PIN into both fields and click “Save Changes.”
Please note: Even when PIN Protection is deactivated, the Security section will always require the PIN be entered to make any changes.
