Need to make a change or fix a typo in an order? No problem. Both manually-entered POS orders and orders placed via your Lovingly Store can be edited.
 
Navigate to your Orders list and select the order you’d like to edit. In the order details in the Lovingly Assistant panel, click the Options icon (it looks like three stacked dots) and select “Edit.” 

In the Edit view, you can change the delivery type and date, customer and recipient information, and more by clicking the field you’d like to edit. Make all the changes needed, and then click “Save” to save your edits. You can also click “Cancel” to cancel your changes.
 
All order fields can be edited except for the order origin (web/employee name). The item ordered, price, and delivery fee also cannot be edited.
