When a chargeback is initiated, a $15 fee from the credit card processor is incurred. If the dispute is resolved in your favor, the fee will be refunded.
 
While pending, the full amount of the order will be deducted from your bank account.
 
If the dispute is won: You will receive the order amount back into your bank account. The $15 will also be refunded to your account.
 
If the dispute is lost: The order amount, plus the $15 fee, will be deducted from your bank account. Lovingly's percentage for this transaction will be refunded to you.
