Step 1: Identify the Issue

Step 2: Make Sure the Right Printer Is Selected
Sometimes the issue isn’t with the connection, but with the wrong printer being assigned. Here's how to check and select the correct printer:
Click your Profile icon in the Lovingly Dashboard
Go to Settings and Preferences
Select Printing
Under Order Notification Type, choose one of the following depending on your preference:
Supertickets
Order Notification
Select the correct Printer from the dropdown
🟢 Green dot = Printer is online and should be working
🔴 Red dot = Printer is offline — proceed to Step 3 to restart Lovingly Print
💡 It’s always a good idea to confirm this setting if you’re switching between printer types or locations.
Step 3: Restart Lovingly Print - Choose Your Device Below

1. Open the Start Menu Click the Windows icon in the bottom-left. | 1. Open Finder Click the smiling face icon in your Dock. |
2. Find “Lovingly Print” Click All Apps if needed, then scroll alphabetically to find the folder. | 2. Go to Applications Click Applications in the left-hand menu. |
3. Restart the Program Click Lovingly Print inside the folder to reopen the app and reconnect the printer. | 3. Launch Lovingly Print Find and double-click Lovingly Print to reopen and reconnect. |
4. Can’t find it? You may need to reinstall Lovingly Print: In your Lovingly Account navigate to Settings, then click on Printing.
Click “Download” to begin & follow your computers steps to download.
