Your Lovingly Set Up for Success Checklists

WEBSITE DOMAIN

First, please be sure that you have the credentials from your domain's regsitrar, such as GoDaddy. You will need your:

1. Username
2. Password
3. Transfer code

GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE (GBP)

1. 3-5 current digital business photos*
2. Your current business license/registration

3. A current business utility bill (address matches physical business address**)

*Must include exterior business images that show permanent signage, street address, and adjacent business(es) or property.

**Important: Google does not accept P.O. Boxes or virtual addresses.

3-5 Current digital business photos	*It's critical that the exterior photos show:* - *permanent signage* - *street address* - *adjacent businesses or properties.* *Permanent signage is the business name displayed in one or more of the following ways:* - mounted on the exterior wall or similar - exterior display board - directory on or within a building lobby - Large and discernable window lettering *The following do NOT qualify as permant signage:* - posters or other paper print- outs - stands - banners - business brochures, leaflets, or cards - delivery vehicles *Photos should be reflective of your current business - taken within the past 6-12 months.* Photos must be digital. Current business license/registration U.S.: SS-4 or other official IRS document CA: Certificate of Formation, Certificate of Registration, or Government-Issued Business License	Must be in a digital format -(jpg, png, etc.). If you only have a paper copy, scan or a photo taken with your phone to create a digital version.
A current business utility bill	Acceptable utility bills include: electric, phone, gas, water, sewage, trash, recycling, TV, and internet. This document must show the physical business address that matches the one on your business license/registration. *Important:* Google does not accept P.O. Boxes or virtual addresses. Company Registration Document (SS-4 or other official IRS document)	This document should be from within the last 12 months and include both your declared legal business name and your Federal Tax ID. Prepare your document in digital format before your upgrade. Here’s how.

3. Federal Tax ID Number (EIN/SSN)	This information must exactly match your Company Registration Document (if required).
4. Business Bank Information	You'll need the Account Holder Name, Account Number, Routing Number, and Address on your bank's letterhead.

6. Identity Document (Driver’s License Preferred)	Prepare the front and back as separate files in digital format before your upgrade. Here’s how.

For partners in Canada
